The mother of these two beautiful girls is one of my most precious friends. I had the opportunity to visit with her for just a couple hours while I was in California a couple weeks ago. It was so special to get to spend time with her catching up face to face, most importantly, and getting to meet her daughters for the first time. Erin and I met at the JH Ranch in Etna, CA in 1999 and have remained close friends since. Although we live so far apart we can always pick up right where we left off and seem to always talk about how we can move her to the south. We are still working on that one… =) Here are some images from our time together at the park that morning. I enjoyed following Elli all over and snapping away while just watching her enjoy her surroundings and quack like a duck; there were birds everywhere.
